Mike - you'll be there. It's based on some combination of Google PR, Technorati "authority" and Alexa traffic ratings. Difficult for a new blog to crack any of those.

But you will.

There is also another component on the list. It aggregates from Technorati the latest posts from the blogs included on the list, even those that did not make 100. I think as time progresses you will be noticing some good traffic from that list even if your blog is in "up and coming" group.
