    While the world crumbles, the stock market rises

    The dow is up about 200, I'm getting leads and referrals left and right. Something's in the air.

    Pat, yes, I'm beginning to notice an accumulation of signs that seem positive -- ironically, it seems right when the news is the worst, a couple of flowers start blooming.
