This site is about libertarian ideas, politics, economics, government, freedom, property rights, entrepreneurship, innovation, objectivty and other such stuff important to humans. I uphold libertarian principles and believe wholeheartedly in minimal government, or no government if it would work -- this blog explains why.

    What ePerks should do

First, fire your lawyer. Then hire a public relation person to make amends and transform the ePerk image, if it's not too late. Just admit there was an over-reaction and that it was a mistake to use an axe to kill a cricket.

Engage the bloggers and present your case in a rational, calm manner and start over. Get all this ugliness behind you. Compensate Vlad for his troubles and offer a public apology for the situation. Then go to work building up your marketing efforts to include a campaign of transparency and trust-building. Fire any employee that seeded comments on the blogs.

Maybe come out with something like the NEW & IMPROVED EPERKS, NEVER TOO SMALL TO ADMIT WHEN WE SCREW UP. People love it when a company has the guts to admit mistakes.

Look at all the legal fees you will save and all the goodwill you can buy with the savings!

Here's another slogan you can use to break the tension -- We Might Have Been Jerky, But Now We're Perky! No More Knee-Jerks, Just ePERKS!
