This site was orginally about the real estate industry, but now it is about politics, economics, government, freedom, entrepreneurship, innovation, objectivty and other such stuff important to humans.

Jennifer Rotman would like to share a guide for new agents working with the internet

    http://www.mortgagecalculator.org/real-estate-marketing/

I told Jennifer I would post this. I asked what she gets out of it and she told me she has a few, small un-obtrusive ads on some pages to help pay for the site, but her goal is in the spirit of the internet, to share information and tools.

It appears to be good solid advice and the mortgage calculator is always a good tool to have easily accessible.

Whether you go the route of having someone like Homegain take care of SEO/lead generation part or you want to do it yourself, it pays to know the basics of how to be found on the internet.
