Semantic Web 3.0 -- Powerset is not it, but we'll get there

I have to agree with the comments in the link -- http://features.csmonitor.com/innovation/2008/06/29/update-forget-jeeves-ask-powerset/ -- Powerset is not much improvement over what we already have, but my bet is on this happening fairly soon.

It will change search and it will solve the problem of personalization and context. The site that can take a request like "I'd like to live in an upscale urban area within walking distance to shops, nightlife and restaurants, under $700,000 with room for a couple" and have the results immediately produce 10 listings that meet the criteria and give all the information of the surroundings, recent sales and agents available to call in that area, will be the supersite.

Will Google be first, or will some start-up get backing from a company like Microsoft? That will be the next big thing.
