    Will New York pay the piper?

    NY is symbolic of our national problem of tax and spend. At some point, the piper demands payment. Will NY pass the debt into the future? If it does, it's only delaying disaster and possibly making matters worse, because its credit will be shot. The same holds true for the nation.

    At least people in New York can flee to another state, but how many of us can flee to another country?
