    Infrastructure power-play

Obama just announced our government's full acceptance of State Capitalism and praise for the economic direction of China, Russia and Western Europe.

This infrastructure project will be one big crony-fest, riddled with corruption, cost over-runs and egregious waste at a time when America is spiraling downward in a black hole of debt. The government has dropped all pretension and is proudly declaring government-direction of all economic acitivity. This transfer of resources from private sector-directed production to government projects will be the greatest in history -- unless it is stopped. Government contracts will make many more companies dependent on government, and many more voting workers dependent on unions.

This is a statist power-play aimed against free enterprise.
