    What this site's about

This site is about libertarian ideas, politics, economics, government, freedom, property rights, entrepreneurship, innovation, objectivty and other such stuff important to humans. I uphold libertarian principles and believe wholeheartedly in minimal government, or no government if it would work -- this blog explains why.

Brett Baier needs a better All-Star panel

Fox needs to retire Charles Krauthammer and Fred Barnes from the All-Star Panel and use Juan Williams and Bill Kristol more sparingly. They need some fresh blood -- a libertarian, a progressive, a liberaltarian, a socialist or something to break up this staid gang of trained pundits. Krauthammer is a cranky moderate who hasn't had a fresh idea in a decade - he even defended Obama's press conference today, saying Obama is now a "player" -- he might have been drunk, I don't know. Barnes is interesting at times, but he's moving through it mechanically, as is Kristol. None of them represent the true division in politics right now -- they appear to be satisfied with the status quo and same old, tired talking points of the political class, two-party shifts in power and the occasional Washington insider controversy. The segment desperately need some talent from outside Washington DC. Baier is a good moderator -- tonight he seemed to be wishing for what I'm suggesting.
