Government's latest made for tv movie

Who will receive the actor and actress awards? Today's hearing on Goldman Sachs is a prime example of government putting on a play. Goldman will be fine, government will do nothing -- but they need support for financial reform to grab more power -- move along, nothing much to see here.

The administration's outrage over the recent Arizona immigration law is another example of government putting on a play -- the government already asks suspects they believe to be illegal immigrants for papers. Nothing is any different -- Arizona is asking to strengthen the law, and when it's determined, within what's allowable by law, that a person is an illegal immigrant, to enforce the consequences for breaking the law.

If we don't like the current immigration laws, then change them, but don't blame Arizona.
