The results for the young and minorities are poor results

    http://www.npr.org/templates/story/story.php?storyId=126429087&ft=1&f=1001

The Democrat strategy to target the young and minorities in the mid-term elections by promoting results is like promoting Arizona as a sanctuary state for illigegal immigrants.

Unemployment among young people and minorities is very high, and the healthcare law just passed will likely add to the unemployment as more costs are shifted to small and medium-size companies. In fact all the anti-free market proposals from the Democrat-controled government will likely raise the unemployment numbers and ensure higher taxes for the young in the future. What the Democrats are doing is placing the burden of paying for the debt on the young, which they might could handle if they could get good jobs, but it appears that Democrat policies are leading to permanently high unemployment.

As for minorites, they need good jobs, and they'll get them if small and medium size businesses start hiring again, but the Democrat policies are hurting small and medium size businesses. I don't think talking to the young and minorities about results is a very good strategy. We need an economic revival, and the Democrats don't have a good plan. I think young people and minorities thought the Democrats were going to stmulate and transform the economy so that more opportunity is available, but so far the results have been poor.
