    Whoops -- Obama claimed control from day one too soon

    Obama was perhaps too anxious to find a moment to take charge and full responsibility -- the top kill didn't work.

    Seriously, though, aside from the political wrangling, I hope someone comes up with a way to stop this leak. I don't care who takes credit, just get it stopped.
