Progressive's private armies

In the hands of statists, Right and Left, government agencies like the EPA have become private regulatory armies fighting against the administration's enemies. In the current, progressive administration, the EPA is declaring war on Texas. All the Obama defenders who say he is a moderate pragmatist who's amenable to curtailing economy-damaging regulations, this conflicting reality ought to be enough to silence them, but I doubt it -- it's all about the political game to maintain power. And some pundits wonder why the economy is stalled.
