Rick Perry quits and endorses Gingrich

We see over and over that Ron Paul is the only candidate with consistent principles and integrity. Perry first marketed himself as a limited government/free market federal ass-kicker from Texas, but now he endorses perhaps the biggest statist in the GOP field. None of these candidates, except Paul, are consistent -- they are pragmatic interventionists who meddle from the Right.

If Paul can't win, and I'm not totally convinced he can't, I prefer Romney as statist-in-chief over the rest, because I believe he'll be influenced more by Paul's ideas than the other two. Gingrich and Santorum have made it clear they think Paul is unpatriotic. I think Romney will understand non-interventionism better than to the two yahoo, kill'em all toy soldiers, Gingrich and Santorum.
