Blaming Sandy for higher unemployment claims

Let's see if media will correct itself after the real reasons come out. There are reports that power outages prevented NY unemployment claims from being processed, plus, in Ohio there were 6400 new claims -- in the auto industry. Sandy didn't cause that.  Irony is strangely funny sometimes -- so funny it makes you want to cry.
