This site is about libertarian ideas, politics, economics, government, freedom, property rights, entrepreneurship, innovation, objectivty and other such stuff important to humans. I uphold libertarian principles and believe wholeheartedly in minimal government, or no government if it would work -- this blog explains why.

    The Living Constitution

I agree with those on the Left who say that the Constitution is a living document and should change with the times. Since the beginning, because of a few clauses allowing power-grabs, the Constitution quickly became a statist document, so, it's high time to interpret the Constitution and consider amendments in the light of limits on government power and what it will take to create a free market environment. Hell, yes, let that puppy live and breathe and change with the times.
