The Living Constitution
Sunday, July 1, 2012 at 09:03PM I agree with those on the Left who say that the Constitution is a living document and should change with the times. Since the beginning, because of a few clauses allowing power-grabs, the Constitution quickly became a statist document, so, it's high time to interpret the Constitution and consider amendments in the light of limits on government power and what it will take to create a free market environment. Hell, yes, let that puppy live and breathe and change with the times.
