Glenn Beck 4/6/2011 - Radical connections ( is Beck leaving?)

Beck talked more about the radical connections between the Left and radical Islamists, making clear that he doesn't believe that Michael Moore and a radical cleric have the same goals, but they both want revolutionary change away from the capitalism of the west toward a more socialist-type global system of governance.

I won't go into the particulars -- anyone who keeps up can see the connections, and France is now is experiencing the problem first hand as multi-culturalism crumbles and groups struggle for power. This is the problem I see with the American Left -- they are forming coalitions which can never hold, and the chaos they create will not achieve their stated idealist goals. Destruction in and of itself is senseless unless a viable re-building project is planned or the cleared space can be enjoyed with little change. But what we have is a global battle in which we are more interdependent than ever. All it will take is one senseless spark, like the flotilla bravado planned for Israel, to start something that has awaful consequences.

The Left's plan for enforced social justice, whatever that means, is just the creation of more tyrants. The world has enough tyrants.

Israel left out on a limb?

The media coverage so far, regarding the incident with the flotilla, has signaled a bias against Israel's right to protect itself. What will be interesting is if international opinion forces the adminsistration to back away from Israel. So far, the administration's response has been cautious and tepid.

This is clearly a staged event to put Israel on the international hotseat. Israel's Muslim enemies are many and they're determined to destroy Israel. We're long past tit-for-tat reporting which attempts to show the errors made by Israel in the past -- it's now clear that Israel is under attack and its enemies are clearly bad actors with no intention of changing. It's time to choose a side, even if both sides have been wrong at times. Israel has the right to protect its existence, and we shouldn't hesitate in our support.

When it's all weighed out, Israel has the moral upper-hand. If we were in the same position and a ship was coming into America with supporters of our enemies onboard claiming to be bringing aid to their brothers and sisters in America, and if we'd told them not to steer this ship our way, to go through another route, and they kept coming anyway, we'd have done the same as Israel, and probably more.

What's the administration waiting on -- make a judgement.
